The Brains Behind It All
Hi Friends! For those just joining, My name is Tenee’ (Tuh-Nay), I am 27 years young, and I am a chef and beverage connoisseur. I am of Caribbean and American decent, but I was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware and currently reside in Houston, Texas.
My passion for food started when I was around 10 and watched cooking shows like it was my job. I started recreating recipes to try and I noticed how much of a stress reliver it was for me. In the 7th grade, a representative came to visit my school from Johnson & Wales University and she explained that you could go to college for food and I was sold. Over the years, I did my research and decided that I was going to be the biggest chef and food personality on the food network. |
My journey began in the food and beverage industry after attending Johnson & Wales University Charlotte and graduating with a degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management. During my studies, I had to take a class that was based around wine, cocktails, and bartending and I started to realize I had a HUGE love for beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
I started my brand, The Tenacious Fork, as a food blog in 2017. Throughout the process I knew I wanted to put myself in a position to educate others on food and wine, which lead me to releasing a cookbook in the winter of 2021. I got bored and started a TikTok and have had multiple videos go viral which brought me to now creating a youtube all about food and drinks.
